We want you to love your Shona Joy pieces, which is why we offer 21-day returns for a refund or store credit on all full-priced items. All returns must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags and security seals intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and your preferred resolution.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place your garments in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene stickers are still attached to avoid rejection.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
